We strive to provide our participants with a complete program that assists them with all of their reentry needs. Our program offers support and educational opportunities for all participants.

If you are interested in our services, please recognize one key fact: we are interested in participants. Receiving the benefits of our program means you must be actively involved in making your life better. Our Case Mangers are dedicated to this cause—many are ex-offenders themselves—and will put as much effort into your reentry as you do.

In addition to providing pre-release classes in many of the state’s institutions and local jails, we also offer the following services for ex-offenders reentering society:

Immediate Assistance:

Using leveraged resources and our many partners within local communities, we assist our participants in finding food, clothing, housing transportation, and forms of identification.

Employment Assistance:
Employment is vital for reducing recidivism. Our goal is to educate participants on job search skills during their first week of enrollment, and to then have them employed as soon as possible.

Counseling and Peer Support:
Through both one-to-one counseling and support groups, we provide our participants with the grounded peer support necessary for reentry. This is especially important for the reentry of individuals who don’t have strong family relationships.

Societal Integration and Career Development:
Guiding participants away from poor decisions and providing them with jobs is a start to preventing recidivism—involving participants with their families and communities, and helping them build solid, rewarding careers is the key to keeping them out of jail for the rest of their lives.

If you are an inmate who is about to be released, and you have a printer available, please click here for the "Inmate Transition Form" (.pdf format). Please follow the instructions on the form and mail to the nearest Service Site. We hope that you will contact us for transitional help.
